YOUR TROPIC 'KINI ORDER

All tropic 'kinis are handmade to order. We do not currently have any ready to ship inventory.

Our custom order turnaround is anywhere from 1-4 weeks, and in the height of Summer, can extend past this projected timeframe. 
If you are in a time crunch, please contact us to let us know prior to ordering so we can make sure your order can be fulfilled before you need it.

Links to our styles and prints can be found on the menu at the top of the website. If there is a style you have in mind that you don't see, feel free to reach out to me. I am always experimenting with and adding new styles to my line!

All of our 'kinis are handmade to order according to your measurements. At the time of ordering, you will see a drop-down for sizing, and this is for my reference when creating your custom 'kini. You can email or message us later with your measurements if you do not have them at the time of ordering. Same goes for your print selection. If you don't know which print you'd like, or you would like to see more options, you may type *still deciding* in the "print" section at checkout and contact us once you have decided.

Once you have placed your custom order, feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

'KINI CARE

Our 'kinis are made to last, but here are a few tips to make sure your 'kini stays fresh and looking like new for all your sun shiny days to come!

  • Always rinse your swimmy in fresh, cool water after use.

  • Only hand wash your 'kini. Rinse in cool water, use a mild detergent, and lay on a towel to dry. Machines, even on the delicate cycle, can be rough on swim material.

  • To avoid your 'kini from being stretched out, never ring it out. Instead, lay your 'kini on a towel and roll the towel up like a burrito.

EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature, I do not offer refunds on my custom made items, but if you have any issues with fit, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item to request an even exchange.

Your original items must be returned to me in the way they were received by you to be able to process your exchange request. This includes the hygienic liner attached on the bottoms and all tags attached. If your item has been worn (other than trying on), I will not be able to accept your exchange.
